Know what? Somehow I didn’t pay the bill. But you know what else? I don’t get a bill. It’s all automatic.

So, they lost my card number somehow, neglected to mention it to me, then shut me off for most of a month. What’s worse is that it took 5 calls somehow before someone managed to look up my account information. They just kept telling me to “Unplug the modem… wait 30 seconds… plug the modem back in…”

Bastards.
